The new Wollondilly Civic Centre has recently been completed and is the third phase of the Wollondilly Cultural, Community and Civic Precinct (WCCCP) Master Plan designed by WRA in 2020.

Addressing the Village Green, the Civic Centre is a 4-storey new workplace for Council with a multi-level basement car park. WRA delivered the project in collaboration with STH Architects. The new facility has a range of contemporary work spaces with formal, informal, and activity based work settings.

Detailed workplace design consultation was undertaken with Council to conceive a facility that would meet the growth of the organisation and its aspirations to be an attractive and exciting place to work.

The centre has been designed to prioritise community access and meeting spaces on the ground and first floor. It will connect to the future Living and Learning Hub on the first floor.
